Ierambelos fusion cuisine restaurant, is surrounded by the Santa Irene vineyards overlooking the Troodos mountains, making it a one-of-a-kind vineyard restaurant experience. Our buffet and á la carte menu consists of various traditional dishes prepared using only the freshest local products. During the summer, guests can enjoy their meal al fresco with the exceptional views of the Farmakas valley, and in the winter months relax in the cosy indoors, complete with a stone-built fireplace. The restaurant hosts a renowned Sunday lunch buffet and is open from Thursday to Sunday. Private functions can also be arranged by appointment.
OUR STORY
Daniel Anastasis left his beloved village Farmakas, as a young man, for Australia and subsequently made a life in South Africa with his wife Theoni and their three children. After a series of professional successes in South Africa, Daniel Anastasis, returned to the calm of his Cypriot village Farmakas and with his unmistakable passion for creativity and love for food, he thought of creating a Winery and restaurant in the village. Ierambelos Fusion Cuisine was established, winning the preference and the hearts of many gourmets from all walks of life.
THE RESTAURANT
Our restaurant is located within our award-winning Santa Irene Winery, making it a great choice for a family outing or weekend excursion. An experience that is worth living, visitors will enjoy beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains and vineyards while enjoying warm hospitality, fine dining as well as the opportunity to taste the excellent variety of their awarded wines.
SANTA IRENE WINERY
Housed within Ierambelos Fusion restaurant, Santa Irene winery is an excellent opportunity to match flavours of Ierambelos’s fusion cuisine with its various awarded wines. The winery wines have been distinguished in many international competitions (over 30 medals to date). The wines are available in a select range of wine shops and at major supermarkets, but also, they can be purchased from the winery itself.
