Ierambelos Fusion Cuisine, is a family run restaurant, located within our award-winning Santa Irene Winery, making it a great choice for a family outing or weekend excursion. An experience that is worth living, visitors will enjoy beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains and vineyards while enjoying warm hospitality, fine dining as well as the opportunity to taste the excellent variety of their awarded wines. The idyllic green mountainous landscape and the scenic view of the two natural dams that star in all the impressive, large windows that surround our restaurant, the warm romantic atmosphere of our imposing stone fireplace during the winter months, the elegance and authenticity which characterize the aesthetics of our space, come to compose your ultimate gastronomic experience in the countryside. Our large outdoor veranda, the real gem of our restaurant, is an ideal proposition for panoramic photos of the beautiful mountains of Farmakas, prompting every visitor to return to this dreamy place.

THE MENU

Open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, our guests can choose from the delicious variety of our à la carte menu, which promises to satisfy even the most sophisticated tastes. Enjoy our homemade bread which is made daily on our premises. Every Sunday and on Public holidays, delicious choices from Ierambelos’ rich buffet as well and extremely tempting appetizers, fresh salads and an excellent variety of delicious desserts can be enjoyed.

Fusion Steaks

For every meat lover, get your teeth into steaks sourced and inspired from all of the world. Australian rib eye, New Zealand fillet, Brazilian style Picanha steak, Matsusaka Steak from Japan as well as the French classic, Chateau Briand.

Daniel is the steak extraordinaire behind the grill and is renowned for breaking the World Record in 1990 for the World’s longest kebab, reaching an incredible 500m. Daniel is passionate about food and he loves sharing different tastes, techniques and flavours with his patrons.
